Bring your passion, your organizing skills and storiestonight as we ask ourselves, how do we radicalize teacher activism?In the political ed component of October’s member meeting, we’ll take a look at where we fit in the current political landscape. Using Jeff Duncan-Andrade’s Gangsta, Wanksta, Rida paradigm as a guide, we will reflect both personally and organizationally on the practice of Fighting Power.
This meeting will also be following our new agenda and time frame.

- You should receive a confirmation email within one week of submitting your proposal. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email Kate, NYCoRE’s Call for Proposal Coordinator to ensure there was not a technological problem.
- Notification of acceptance/ rejection: Approximately January 25th. Please note, as an all volunteer org, we do not have the capacity to provide feedback on rejected proposals.
- Accepted Facilitators confirmation: Confirm session by January 29th.
