DESCRIPTION:Please join the New York Collective of Radical Educators (NYCoRE) as we host the Federación de Maestros de Puerto Rico (FMPR) to discuss the present situation in Puerto Rico and the future of public education on the island. This is a family-friendly\, fund-raising event: families with children are welcome and we ask participants to donate $5-10. Fund will go directly to FMPR to for their efforts in supporting el pueblo in the aftermath of Hurricanes Irene and María.
